On Thursday I had the pleasure of speaking via online chat to the KnitLab classroom at the Better Boys Foundation in Chicago, an organization that provides support for youth and their families emotionally, socially, academically, and with career development. My high school classmate Paulina Camacho is their fierce teacher.
These beautiful, talented and driven young ladies are so inspirational! Many of them want to help others through their singing, rapping, cooking, hair styling and being a resource in their communities. They asked thought-provoking questions and it is my hope that I offered them great answers to keep them encouraged to be the best they can be! You go girls!!!
