Stacey and Nubia may be from opposite sides of the country, but both cuties exude similar great qualities, and this is why we chose them to be our Girls of the Month. Nubia brings her sassy New York attitude and pops of color expressed in her clothes, while Stacey puts a hard studded edge of passion and rock into her style. We recently interviewed the GM’s and here are five intriguing parallels we found about the two. Read on…
1. Believe in being who you are, always
Stacey: Be comfortable in your own skin, man! It’s more mental health-wise but I think someone who is truly happy & comfortable with themselves is automatically guaranteed to lead a healthy life.
Nubia: Be yourself: brave, confident, beautiful.. always keep your head up high. I want you to leave NubiasNonsense and know that.
2. Have a secret obsession/ Nubia comic books & Stacey her cat!
Stacey: I’m a crazy obsessed cat lady. If you follow my twitter, I literally tweet about my cat everyday. Cats are just so cute & fluffy & did I mention cute?
Nubia: I love comic books and strange looking characters/anime/or actual humans that look like characters. Geek Chic 
3. Have incredible siblings that take their photos
Stacey: ..She [My 14 year old sister!] whines every time I ask her to take outfit shots but I think over the past few months she’s secretly really started to become interested in photography because of it.
Nubia: My brother actually takes a lot of my street style photos. He’s very supportive and I love him tons!
4. Both twenty somethings blog full-time
Nubia: When I started blogging I had a full time job (Fashion Account Executive) but I don’t at the moment. It’s good in a way because I get to dedicate a good amount of time on my blog that I couldn’t before.
Stacey: Full time blogger baby! Not by choice though.. it’s just kind of where I am at the moment after moving back home.
5. Learned similar lessons in their 20s
Nubia: Be wise when picking the people you surround yourself with. Trust me.
Stacey: Don’t let people into your life that only want to bring you down. I’ve met/dated/befriended many losers that are going nowhere with their lives that have used me to the extreme & it took me a long time to realize I’m better off without those kind of people in my life. Don’t sell yourself short.
